Create Java project with Maven archetype javafx-rest-archetype

The JavaFX Basic Archetype provides a Maven archetype for generating a basic JavaFX REST client-server starter project.

Create a Java Project by archetype javafx-rest-archetype with Command Line:

mvn archetype:generate   -DgroupId="com.mycompany.app"   -DartifactId="my-app-id"   -DorganizationName="My-organizationName"   -DarchetypeGroupId="com.zenjava"   -DarchetypeArtifactId="javafx-rest-archetype"   -DarchetypeVersion="8.1.5"   -DinteractiveMode=false

Required parameters for generate java project:

organizationName
validationRegex: none

Generated Project modules

  • ${rootArtifactId}-common
  • ${rootArtifactId}-client
  • ${rootArtifactId}-server
