csv-export-plugin

a plugin for Protégé 5 that allows users to output entities and relations to a CSV file.

installation

Install via Protégé's auto-update, or manually by cloning this repository and running the command below in the repository directory:

mvn clean package

and then copying the resulting JAR file in the target folder to Protégé's plugins folder.

usage

After installing the plugin, a menu item will be available under the menu Tools > Export to CSV.
