Everit - OSGi LogListener implementation for SLF4J

An OSGi LogListener implementation that forwards the LogEntry to an SLF4J logger. This bundle contains a BundleActivator that opens a ServiceTracker for LogReaderServices to add the Slf4jLogListener the them.
